The Real Living Wage stands as a notable benchmark, exceeding the government's minimum wage, commonly known as the National Living Wage. This independently calculated hourly wage reflects the genuine cost of living and is reevaluated annually, with the Living Wage Foundation unveiling the latest figures during the much-anticipated Living Wage Week.
Since the introduction of the national Living Wage campaign in 2011, nearly 300,000 workers have had a significant increase in their earnings. Total Utility Connections now proudly joins employers, such as Nationwide, IKEA, and Google, who have embraced the Real Living Wage.
